Job Reference: NTX1234752. Department: Property. MTVH seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage administrators supporting Phase 2 of Awaab's Law implementation. This role emphasises leading a newly established team of administrators while delivering excellent customer outcomes within a significant legislative change framework. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team providing case management and administrative support. Ensure accurate case recording and progression aligned with statutory requirements. Manage allocations, workloads and customer escalations. Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. Coach team members to build capability and consistency. Maintain high data quality and record-keeping standards. Collaborate with operational teams on case resolution. Support Awaab's Law process implementation and compliance. Generate performance reports for decision-making. Foster positive, inclusive team culture reflecting MTVH values. Essential Requirements: Demonstrated team leadership or supervisory experience in housing, repairs, customer services, or compliance. Strong knowledge of social housing obligations and regulatory requirements. Experience managing complex cases and customer escalations. Proven coaching and staff development abilities. Strong organisational skills for competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability. Performance monitoring and service improvement experience. Meticulous attention to detail and data quality commitment. Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office.
