Night Security Concierge

We have ongoing job opportunies for a Night Security Concierge to join our team at our homeless hostels in Blackburn. The role will involve providing security and customer service to our residents. You will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming residents
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Monitoring the security of the premises
• Managing and de-escalating Anti-Social Behaviour and calling the emergency services when required.
• Ensuring that all fire and safety procedures are followed
• Assisting with the maintenance of the premises
• Building Welfare Checks
• Light Cleaning Duties

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a security or customer service role is desirable
• An enhanced DBS or willingness to be Enhanced DBS checked.
