Night Security Concierge

Job Description

We have ongoing job opportunies for a reliable and trustworthy Night Security Concierge to join our team in Yate and Bristol covering our Homeless Hostel Clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in a security or a concierge role and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional presence to the residents of the Homeless Hostel.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms
• Prevent breaches of security by unauthorised visitors
• Incident management and incident logging
• De-escalation of situations and conflict resolution
• Complete Daily Occurrence Log.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to the residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Support, Health and Social Care (Ideal not essential)
• Enhanced DBS
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
