We are recruiting a Night Assistant Recovery Navigator to join our Community Rehabilitation Team at Wellbridge House in Brentry.

Hours: 3 waking nights per week, 21:00 – 09:30, 34.5 hours per week on a rota basis. 3 fixed nights each week may be possible depending on rota requirements.

Location: Wellbridge House, Thornfield Road, Brentry, Bristol, BS10 6NB

 

The Community Rehabilitation Service is an award-winning service provided by Second Step in partnership with Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust and Missing Link.  Shaped by people who have used mental health services, the Community Rehabilitation Service gives people the support they need to achieve their hopes and goals. We are passionate about recovery and the service is psychologically informed.

About the role          
In your role as Assistant Night Recovery Navigator you will work collaboratively with people with long-term mental health and complex needs. Using a client-centred approach, and working collaboratively with a multi-professional team, delivering social and clinical interventions tailored to individual’s cultural and social needs.

Part of your role is to support service users to have a healthy sleep hygiene, creating a calm, safe environment in the house, offering emotional support to service users and managing risks.

We’re looking for a permanent Night Assistant Recovery Navigator to work 3 waking nights per week. This can be either as part of the rota or working regular nights – to be confirmed on appointment.

The Service has 10 rooms and is open 24/7 Monday to Sunday. The waking night shift is 21:00 to 09:30 with an hour’s break. Contact us if you are interested in joining our committed and enthusiastic team.
