About the role

As Learning and Development Officer you will support the human resources team in playing a key role in shaping learning and development across the organisation, ensuring employees are supported to grow, develop their skills, and reach their full potential.

Every day is different, and every day gives you the opportunity to play an important role in supporting the running of St Basils.

Working as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), you'll build positive relationships with colleagues and partner organisations. You'll contribute to maintaining accurate records and ensure employee growth remains at the heart of everything you do.
