  • Assist with coordinating support services and referrals to meet individual needs.
  • Respond to enquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Promote resident involvement and social inclusion within the scheme and local community.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with data protection requirements.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, including testing monitoring, sensor and call equipment.
  • Provide emergency response support when required and assist at other Extra Care schemes if needed.

About You

You'll be caring, organised and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You'll enjoy building relationships, supporting people to achieve positive outcomes and working collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Experience of working within a support, care or housing environment.
  • Experience coordinating support from a range of services and agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to analyse problems and identify practical solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • IT literate and confident using digital systems and technologies.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Special Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.

What We Offer

  • Generous holiday allowance with the option to buy additional leave, alongside a pension scheme with life cover.
  • Flexible and supportive working within a collaborative and customer-focused team.
  • Access to our BroadRewards platform, offering schemes such as Cycle to Work and Smart Tech.
  • A strong focus on wellbeing, including a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, counselling support and occupational health services.
