This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Accommodation with Support, Tier 2 (CAS-2) service as a Contracts Administrator. Working as part of the national CAS-2 team, you will provide effective administrative support to the Senior Management Team, helping to ensure that contractual obligations are delivered effectively across a national contract.

You’ll work closely with the national Leadership Team, colleagues, stakeholders, Contract Commissioners and partner agencies, providing high-quality administrative coordination and communication to support the successful delivery of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support to the Senior Management Team and wider CAS-2 service.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures and best practice guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and organisational information.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across a national contract.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas and papers, take accurate minutes and track actions through to completion.
  • Liaise with Contract Commissioners regarding meeting arrangements and associated administration.
  • Support the issuing, monitoring and tracking of contract documentation.
  • Arrange and manage internal and external meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with the compilation and distribution of management reports.
  • Monitor the Teams Operations inbox and ensure communications are appropriately distributed.
  • Support the accurate maintenance of area staffing information and organisational structure charts.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and in line with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Contracts and Performance function.
  • Prioritise competing demands and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Undertake any other duties requested by your Line Manager, commensurate with the level of the post.

About You

We’re looking for an organised and proactive administrator who can provide a high standard of support in a busy national service environment.

You will have:

  • Good organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • The ability to learn and confidently use dedicated databases and internal systems.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Experience organising meetings, taking minutes and monitoring actions.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A professional and collaborative approach when working with colleagues, stakeholders and partner agencies.

You’ll be someone who is reliable, organised and comfortable working across a range of administrative tasks. You’ll take pride in getting the detail right, communicating clearly and helping the wider team deliver its contractual responsibilities.
