This position includes covering the front office reception, answering the phone and dealing with queries from service users and other agencies, carrying out late checks of our properties to ensure that our accommodation is safe and secure, dealing with any incidents with residents as they occur in a professional manner, collecting, sorting and distributing resident post, maintaining the cleanliness of the office and surrounding streets, and potentially dealing with anti-social behaviour.
