✅ What Will You Be Doing?

As a Data Quality Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, acting as the primary architect and guardian of our information assets to drive strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and execution of our data management strategy and information governance policies.
  • Ensuring data integrity to satisfy standards set by the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) and supporting data privacy compliance.
  • Facilitate data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of all information within the organisation.
  • Driving AI transformation and innovation initiatives, including assessing risks and implementing predictive tools to improve internal processes.

 🔑 What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

To be successful in this dynamic and rewarding role, it is essential that you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence with a strong grasp of data privacy laws and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data querying, analysis, and visualization tools, alongside project management skills to map out complex data processes.
  • The ability to execute AI initiatives aligned with business objectives, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and clear stakeholder communication.
