The overall purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the People, Culture and Communications team, ensuring mandatory and best-practice training activities run smoothly, records are managed and monitored effectively, and everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

No two days are quite the same in this role. You may start your morning booking training rooms, sending joining instructions or responding to queries in the training inbox. You might be interrupted by someone at your desk asking for help to set up a lone working device, or spend time coordinating attendance registers, updating training records, liaising with external providers and making sure everything is in place for successful learning events and activities.

You will support more than 400 colleagues across Coastline and will be equally confident working with people, systems and data. You'll be part of a team of 12 passionate professionals working across HR, Recruitment, Training and Development, and Communications and Marketing. The role reports to the Training and Development Partner.

If you love variety, can juggle multiple priorities, are a confident administrator and enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, starting in November 2026.
