Gateway Services offer a range of homelessness initiatives and services as part of the Calico Group across the Northwest

The Opportunity

The successful candidate for this role will help us to achieve our goals as a project by not only contributing to breaking the repeated cycle of homelessness, but to do so in a way that provides a comprehensive array of support that will assist people in achieving stability, which will allow them to move into their own tenancy.

What We’re Looking For

We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of delivering services to individuals with a diverse range of needs, particularly around homelessness, substance misuse, offending behaviours and mental and physical health.
• Knowledge of existing pathways within external services relevant to individual support needs.
• Effective and confident interpersonal communication skills.
