About Gateway
We provide help for people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home. This includes people who are sleeping rough, families who are struggling to stay in their homes, and refugees who have left their country because of war.
We work with each person to understand the best way to help them and then we provide support they need to live safely and have a better future.

Gateway Services offer a range of homelessness initiatives and services as part of the Calico Group across the Northwest. The current range of services includes:
- Gateway - awarded ‘The Best Homeless Project’ via Housing 24. Our flagship service provides accommodation for 30 individuals with complex needs
- Move on and dispersed supported accommodation for individuals or families with lower support needs
- Floating Support Contracts to prevent homelessness and support tenancy sustainment
- Outreach projects connecting with rough sleepers or others facing homelessness Refugee resettlement
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate Complex Needs Keyworker to join our dynamic team at Gateway Homeless Temporary Supported Accommodation in Burnley. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of supporting the day‑to‑day activity of our accommodation service at weekends, helping to ensure residents receive high‑quality, person‑centred support that empowers them to move towards independent living.
