Project Description
Ynys Mon Supported Accommodation and Floating Support Service aims to enable people to access housing, including support with your tenancy and negotiating appropriate terms. The service will help people develop or maintain the skills and confidence necessary to live as independently as possible, in a safe and suitable home.
Purpose of Role
To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
