Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility. Open to also consider individuals undertaking the role at reduced hours. Please specify this in your cover letter if applicable.

Project Description
Gwent BOOST is run as a partnership between The Wallich, St Giles Trust, Cyfannol Women’s Aid, Welsh Refugee Council, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and Tai Pawb, the aim of the service is to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurrent. The project delivers a range of activities to give people with lived experience of homelessness opportunities to access training, gain worthwhile qualifications, undertake volunteering and secure paid work. It promotes more inclusive practices, psychologically informed approaches and adopts the principles of co-production.
Purpose of Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage Gwent BOOST; a five-year National Lottery Community Funded Gwent Helping End Homelessness project.
The postholder will be adept at managing multiple stakeholder relationships, building strong connections across various sectors and be a creative problem solver.
A knowledge of the homelessness and housing sector would be beneficial, but we are open to applicants from other sectors who can bring across new ways of working and innovative approaches.
