Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for Facilities and Compliance Team Administrator to join our Property & Facilities Management team based in London.
About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
The Property & Facilities team provides Facilities Management, Building Safety Compliance and Health & Safety support to all departments in Centrepoint throughout our properties and services in the UK. This post will provide administrative support to the Head of department, Facilities Manager and Property Compliance Officer (a small but very busy and friendly team).

What you’ll be doing
- Input and proactively manage all data to support the successful management of facilities management and property compliance.
- Processing facilities and property compliance documentation received, ensuring remedial works arising from compliance checks and audits are escalated to facilities or the Property Compliance Officer or Property Officer for scheduling, ensuring all relevant parties are informed, systems updated and documents are filed correctly.
- Assist with scheduling property compliance surveys, checks and audits.
- Liaising with Resident Social Landlords and Property owner’s representatives to ensure compliance documentation is received and processed.
