Salary: £28,980 - £34,543 per annum (London) or £24,840-£30,403 per annum (Manchester)

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for In-Form (Salesforce) Officer to join our Data, Insight and Performance team based in London or Manchester.
About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills to get them back into education, training, and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.
The Data, Insight and Performance team is responsible for some of Centrepoint’s systems, and providing insight, analysis, performance monitoring, evaluation, and data visualisation across the organisation. The team is passionate about improving the organisations data fluency and ensuring that Centrepoint can make data-informed decisions.
As an In-Form Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform called In-Form - a client relationship system created by Homeless Link which has been developed further internally to support Centrepoint’s recording and reporting needs. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to optimise and enhance our Salesforce instance, ensuring it aligns with business processes and meets organisational needs. This position offers hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, customization, and user support.

- Providing user support and training
- Ensuring change control and managing requests for change
- Configuring and customising the system, creating automation
- Data management and ensuring data quality
- Creating reports and dashboards
- Creating and updating documentation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
