We are looking for a Support Worker who shares our purpose, to join our fantastic Accommodation Based Service in Gloucester and the Forest of Dean, which offers shelter and support for young people (16-25 years old) who face homelessness.
The shifts are 8am-8:15pm and will be offered on a Bank/Casual basis, giving you the flexibility to pick up shifts when it suits you. There will also be opportunities to pick up different shifts in other services and areas such as Cheltenham, Stroud, Lydney and more.

You'll;
Re-enforce, positive support being delivered and establish the same standards for each young person.
Provide a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to empower people in improving independent living skills.
Safeguard them from any potential danger, harm, or abuse.
Accurately document notes on our computer system and ensure seamless communication with support staff for effective handovers.
