The Executive Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the Chief Executive’s office and providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Management Team, Board, and Committees. This role demands discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. The Executive Support Manager plays a critical role in driving organisational strategy, managing risks, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic vision. This role involves leading the Executive Support Team, overseeing governance compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
