175578 – Enforcement Housing Officer - £38,220 p.a. - Enforcement Housing Officer Help create safer, stronger communities by tackling anti-social behaviour and supporting residents affected by it. Working closely with tenants, partner agencies and local communities, you'll investigate reports, resolve complex cases and take appropriate action to protect individuals and neighbourhoods. This is a rewarding role where your work will have a direct and lasting impact on people's quality of life.
176923 – Engagement Housing Officer - £38,220 p.a. - Engagement Housing Officer This role develops and delivers opportunities for tenants and leaseholders to shape Housing services through inclusive engagement. It involves working with diverse communities, facilitating engagement activities, and using feedback and best practice to improve participation and service delivery.
176804 – Feedback Housing Officer - £38,220 p.a. - Feedback Housing Officer x4 The Feedback Housing Officer is responsible for managing housing complaints, enquiries, and feedback, ensuring timely, customer-focused resolutions in line with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code. The role involves investigating complex cases, working with residents and stakeholders, identifying service improvements through complaint analysis, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
175619 – Prevention Housing Officer - £38,220 p.a. - Prevention Housing Officer x 2 Make a lasting difference by helping residents maintain successful and sustainable tenancies. You'll work closely with tenants, colleagues and partner organisations to provide practical advice, early intervention and tailored support, empowering people to overcome challenges, sustain their homes and live independently. Your work will play a key role in preventing tenancy breakdown and strengthening communities.
177151 – Property Condition Housing Officer - £38,220 p.a. Property Condition Housing Officer x2 As a Property Condition Housing Officer, you will ensure tenants live in safe, well-maintained homes by investigating damp, mould, condensation and disrepair. Working closely with tenants, surveyors and Housing colleagues, you will assess property conditions, provide advice and support, and help deliver the Council's Damp and Mould Strategy. This is a customer-focused role requiring strong housing knowledge, sound judgement and a commitment to improving homes and resident wellbeing.
176957 – Rents Housing Officer - £38,220 p.a. - Rents Housing Officer x3 The Rents Housing Officer will be responsible for rent collection and the reduction of any money owed to the Council. Using your skills and knowledge to engage with current, prospective, and former tenants, their representatives, and officers, through multiple communication channels.
176939 – Sheltered Housing Officer - £32,597 p.a pro rata - Sheltered Housing Officer Support older and vulnerable residents to live safely, independently and with confidence in our sheltered housing schemes. You'll build positive relationships with residents, provide tenancy and wellbeing support, coordinate with partner agencies, and help create safe, welcoming communities.
