As our Volunteer Administrator / Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Haringey service. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, professionals and visitors, you will help create a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors or contacts us by phone or email.You will manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle incoming calls and respond to general enquiries in a professional and compassionate manner. A key part of the role will involve taking and processing referrals, ensuring accurate information is recorded, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.Alongside front-of-house duties, you will provide essential administrative support to the wider team. This may include:Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systemsSupporting appointment scheduling and diary managementPrinting, scanning and filing documentationSkills/qualities we would like you to bring to the role:We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and especially value lived experience.
