Help people build a new beginning.
Everyday, people arrive in the UK ready to start over.
As a Support Service Worker, you'll be helping refugee individuals and families to settle into their new communities, navigate unfamiliar systems and build confidence and independence for the future. This role joins our team in Redcar on a permanent basis.
This is a rewarding but challenging role. You’ll manage a caseload and deliver a person-centred approach to support individuals who may have experienced trauma, displacement and significant change. You’ll need resilience, empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships while supporting people to achieve positive outcomes.
A Member Of Our Team Says
