Are you looking to develop your career in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment? Join Foxtons as aa Coordinator within our Client Credit Control team and play a key role in managing outstanding accounts across our lettings portfolio.
In this position, you will support the oversight of rent collect tenancies, ensuring accurate record keeping while identifying and resolving outstanding balances. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in a financial and property-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain and update the debt ledger across rent collect tenancies
• Monitor accounts to identify missed or delayed rental payments
• Audit tenancy records to ensure accurate rent tracking
• Liaise with landlords regarding outstanding balances (under £1,000)
• Process approved write-offs in line with company procedures
About You
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident working with data and managing multiple accounts
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ownership of tasks
• Effective communicator across a range of platforms
Previous property experience is not required; full training and ongoing development will be provided. Experience in a professional administrative or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
