Resettlement Officer
Based in Sardis House
Salary – GR8, £33,699 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our new Homeless Assessment and Support Team.
You will provide high quality, person-centred, trauma informed, Multi Agency, face-to-face support service to homeless clients placed in Temporary Accommodation provision across RCT. You will ensure that clients receive appropriate, and continuous assessment of their needs and are supported to engage fully in the housing support/housing move on process.
You will have experience of working with homeless clients and completing face-to-face support and risk assessments. An understanding of the needs of vulnerable people, and the causes of homelessness is essential.
Funding for this role is confirmed until 31.3.2028. We are confident that funding will be extended but are unable to confirm this arrangement at the current time.
