We`re looking for a passionate and proactive Partnerships Officer to join our Homes and Communities team and play a vital role in supporting residents across our supported living services.
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You`ll work closely with residents, local authorities, the NHS, and support providers to deliver high-quality housing management services that truly change lives.
What you`ll be doing:
As a Partnerships Officer, you`ll:
- Deliver and oversee intensive housing management services with a strong focus on resident satisfaction
- Manage a portfolio of supported living schemes, including leased, agency-managed, and directly managed properties
- Act as a key link between GreenSquareAccord and partner agencies such as social care, local authorities, and support organisations
- Support residents through tenancy sign-ups, inductions, and ongoing tenancy management
- Carry out property inspections, viewings, and void management to ensure homes are safe and ready
- Work collaboratively to prevent and manage anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- Monitor rent accounts, support residents with Housing Benefit applications, and help maximise income
- Build strong partnerships to ensure high-quality, compliant, and supportive housing services

We`re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in housing management, ideally within supported housing
- Skilled in working with vulnerable individuals and handling sensitive situations with empathy
- A confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a varied workload independently
- Knowledgeable in tenancy law, welfare benefits, and housing processes
- Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
A driving licence is essential for this role
