AnneShine Charity UK is a community food bank bringing people together and proving essential food and care to those most vulnerable in our community of Feltham West London and expanding our reach elsewhere to other parts of London where our help is needed.
Our mission statement is to support the local community. Since 2020 over 60,000 people have directly benefit from the service we provide. We have been able to provide emergency food and essential assistance to those vulnerable members of the community such as adults, senior citizens, refugees, unemployed residence and schools. We are also actively engaged in efforts to fight homelessness in our community.
AnneShine Charity UK is more than just about food, we care about bring community together. Hosting monthly workshops and parties to bring a smile to the community and those who need it most.

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to support our organisation's administrative and operational activities. This unpaid volunteer position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable administration experience, develop organisational skills, and contribute meaningfully to our community initiatives.
The role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in administrative tasks and a proactive attitude towards helping others.
Duties
- Assisting with general administrative tasks with a focus on outreach
- Supporting team members with phone enquiries using professional etiquette
- Managing correspondence via email and other communication channels
- Updating and maintaining records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and organising meetings
- Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations
- Performing basic clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Contributing to special projects as required to support organisational goals
Qualifications
- Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is important
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative experience or clerical background is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
