You will lead a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered across the organisation’s estates and programmes.Key responsibilities include: Leading strategic development of learning, grants and partnershipsDriving a culture of excellence, innovation and impact measurementDeveloping and managing national and regional partnershipsRepresenting the organisation externally and influencing sector practiceLeading and developing high performing teamsEmbedding inclusive, collaborative and values-led ways of workingContributing to wider organisational strategy and leadership decisions About You Proven senior leadership experience within a charity or not for profit organisationExperience in learning delivery and/or grant-makingStrong strategic thinking and decision making skillsAbility to lead, inspire and develop teamsExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skillsPassion for improving outcomes for children and young peopleCommitment to equity, diversity and inclusion About the OrganisationA well established educational charity and landowning organisation, focused on improving life chances for children and young people through outdoor learning.
