Individual Giving & Engagement ManagerWe are seeking a strategic and creative Individual Giving & Engagement Manager to grow supporter income and deepen relationships with individuals passionate about protecting rainforests.Position: Individual Giving & Engagement ManagerSalary: £40,000 per annumLocation: Remote within the UK with occasional travelHours: Full timeContract: PermanentClosing Date: 5:00pm on Thursday 2nd April 2026. (We reserve the right to close the role early should a suitable applicant be found) About the RoleThis role will lead the organisation’s individual giving programme, developing strategies to attract, engage and retain supporters while increasing sustainable income.Working closely with the fundraising and communications teams, you will oversee multi-channel campaigns, supporter journeys and fundraising appeals. You will also manage a small team and use data insights to optimise performance and drive long term supporter engagement.Key responsibilities include: Leading the development and delivery of the individual giving strategyManaging campaigns across digital, social and supporter communications channelsGrowing income through regular giving, appeals, payroll giving and community fundraisingManaging budgets, monitoring performance and analysing campaign resultsCollaborating with marketing and communications colleagues to deliver integrated campaignsDeveloping supporter journeys to improve acquisition, retention and lifetime valueLine managing the Individual Giving Officer and ensuring excellent supporter careMaintaining accurate data and campaign records within the CRM systemEnsuring fundraising activity complies with regulatory and governance requirements About YouYou will be an experienced individual giving fundraiser who enjoys combining creativity with data led decision making.You will bring: Experience growing an individual giving programme or supporter income streamProven experience delivering multi-channel fundraising campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performanceExcellent written communication and storytelling skillsExperience managing budgets and monitoring fundraising resultsConfidence managing or mentoring team membersStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams About the OrganisationThis organisation works in partnership with Indigenous and local communities to protect rainforests and tackle the climate crisis.
