A team player you will communicate proactively with your team and line manager and work with members, staff and partners to build trusted relationships.You will listen to and identify members issues and concerns, bringing a solution focused approach to the work. You facilitate asset-based community development approaches in galvanizing people, by working together on projects that bring improved health, wellbeing and social inclusion to the members in Bradford.About YouWe are looking for someone who is able to engage and involve members in all aspects of their work.
