We are looking for an experienced Team leader to join our friendly team in this challenging role delivering a high quality private rental sector sourcing service for people who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness.
You will be responsible for strategically leading this work and the management of team members. Based within the Bristol City Council Private Rental Team you will be delivering a high-quality frontline service to citizens and engaging with landlords and agents with our excellent incentives package to create availability of suitable private rental accommodation . Your core business will be looking to engage private sector landlords, agents and trusted partners to ensure they understand the benefits of working with the City Council.
You will be working with a newly formed team with focus on assisting refugees and those that are ready to move on from support accommodation.
You will need to monitor and track progress of the team and help develop the service to increase successful outcomes.
