About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Temporary Accommodation Officer to join Nottingham City Council’s Housing Services team. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, allocating caseloads, monitoring rental income procedures, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will also liaise with partner agencies to coordinate support services and provide direct advice to families on housing, welfare rights, budgeting, and tenancy sustainment.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable households. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
