YMCA Heart of England are looking for a
Community and Youth Programmes Manager to join the team hybrid working, with the expectation to work within
Coventry and
Birmingham at least 1 day within each location each week. With a minimum of 3 days on site working and this may increase according to service demand. The successful candidate will join us on a
full time, 12 month fixed term contract. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£40,000 per annum.

About The Community And Youth Programmes Manager Role
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Community & Youth Programmes Manager to lead and grow our youth and community offer across Birmingham and Coventry.
In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of programmes, manage staff, and work directly with young people, residents and partners to make sure our activities are engaging, inclusive and have real impact.
Reporting to the Director of Business, Community and Youth Services, you’ll play a key role in developing new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and raising the profile of our work across both areas.
