Outreach & Partnerships Officer – Housing Disrepair Services

Salary: 28,000 plus bonus
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Outreach & Partnerships Officer to join our team and help us connect with organisations supporting individuals affected by poor housing conditions. In this role, you’ll engage with GP practices, community centres, foodbanks, charities, and local clinics to raise awareness of our housing disrepair services, build collaborative partnerships, and coordinate joint initiatives that ensure tenants can access the help they need.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organisations, health providers, and charities.
- Monitor partner performance on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis and relate results back to specific activities
- Conduct outreach to GPs, community hubs, foodbanks, and local councils to introduce our services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Organise and attend meetings, networking sessions, and community events to promote our housing disrepair support services.
- Work with partners to plan joint campaigns, workshops, or information sessions for residents.
- Forecast performance / spend across all business partnerships
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and partnership outcomes in our CRM system.
- Support the wider marketing and outreach team in developing engagement materials and communication strategies.
- Follow up with partners to nurture long-term relationships and monitor referral success.
- Represent the organisation professionally and positively in all community-facing activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in outreach, community engagement, partnerships, or marketing roles.
- Relishes the challenge of a target driven work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident networking with professionals across health, charity, and community sectors.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives.
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated with a focus on relationship-building.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or databases for managing outreach pipelines.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience within the housing, legal, or community support sectors.
- Knowledge of local community networks and public sector organisations.
- Confident presenting or leading small group discussions.
- Creative approach to collaboration and campaign development.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
