About the Role :
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting residents through their recovery journey, helping them to achieve personal goals and move towards independent living.
About You:
 - Compassionate, patient, and non-judgmental approach.
 
 - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 
 - Ability to build trusting relationships with residents.
 
 - Previous experience in support work, addiction recovery, or homelessness services (desirable but not essential).
 
 - Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
