Pathways Coordinator
£27,000 per annum
37 hours per week
Location – Office based between multiple locations
What will you be doing in this role?
The Pathways Team provide a range of support services to tenants of CGA, assisting them to overcome barriers to independent living.This role will be supporting our Housing Pathways Community Team, that are based at Harbour House, and also supporting a team our Homeless Prevention housing scheme;The Spires.
What We Are Looking For In You
You will provide administrative support to the team, including preparing paperwork relating to tenancy sign-ups and voids, liaising with tenants, internal and external partners, manage orders and invoices, keep up to date records and provide information for reports.

Working Arrangements
This role will be split between Harbour House and The Spires. 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday
