Length of Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £43.61 per hour (Umbrella)
Role Summary:
Effective management of homeless demand including tackling and reducing rough sleeping
Maximising prevention of homelessness outcomes and avoiding the use of expensive temporary accommodation/Bed & Breakfast costs
Effective assessment and homelessness investigative service to ensure the Council complies with legislation and minimise successful legal challenges
Acquisition of sufficient supply of emergency, temporary and settled accommodation to meet demand
To lead on Health and Safety Property compliance for Emergency, Temporary and Settled Accommodation, ensuring identification and discharge of all legal responsibilities
Improving access to housing and support for homeless people with multiple complex needs
