You Matter operates Nightingale House in Bootle, a staffed resettlement service providing 25 beds of supported accommodation for adults recently discharged from hospital following a mental health admission, delivered in partnership with Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. The charity's Leeds Street service provides emergency and supported accommodation in Liverpool city centre, with residents supported by dedicated link workers focused on wellbeing, independence and reducing the risk of self-neglect. You Matter's wider portfolio also covers domestic abuse and drug and alcohol support services.
