Threshold Housing Link is a Swindon-based homelessness charity whose mission is to end homelessness for people in Swindon by providing a safe place to live, personalised support and a clear pathway to independence. They work with adults who are homeless or at risk of losing their home, delivering tailored individual support to achieve and maintain stable housing.
