Stonewater is one of the largest social housing providers in the UK, with around 40,000 homes and more than 93,000 customers. Formed in 2015, it is a group that includes charitable and commercial subsidiaries as well as Mount Green Housing Association. Accommodation and support services

Beyond homes for rent, shared ownership and sale, Stonewater runs a broad supported living portfolio. It operates four Foyers for homeless young people aged 16 to 25, short-term projects that help residents into training and employment before moving on to permanent housing. It provides domestic abuse refuges and Safe Spaces across England, including dispersed accommodation for male survivors, survivors with pets and people facing multiple and complex disadvantage, together with floating support services. It offers supported housing and lower-support accommodation for people with mental health needs in partnership with Mind and The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, supported schemes for adults with physical and learning disabilities with visiting or 24-hour support, LGBTQ+ safe spaces, retirement living schemes and agency-managed services where partners deliver day-to-day care. Its locality teams also employ tenancy support caseworkers who help customers with budgeting, benefits and arrears to prevent tenancy failure and homelessness.

Stonewater operates nationally across England. Current vacancies alone span Herefordshire, Swindon, Brighton and Hove, Leatherhead, Bournemouth, Coventry and the wider South East, and many roles are home-based or hybrid.
