Who MSV Housing Are

Mosscare St Vincent's Housing Group (MSV) owns and manages almost 9,000 homes across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. Its growth aspirations are to respond to the housing crisis in the North West by assisting the millennial generation locked out of decent homes, older people, those on low incomes, those needing specialist housing, first-time buyers and people who are "rightsizing". Alongside general needs housing, MSV runs a dedicated supported housing offer and a well-regarded young persons service.

• Supported housing for vulnerable people across 17 different local authorities, working with partners to support people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and drug and alcohol issues, ranging from one-bedroom self-contained flats to fully adapted shared bungalows
• Two Foyers, in Hulme and in Blackburn with Darwen, offering safe homes for 16 to 25-year-olds in training or education, plus semi-independent accommodation for Trafford care leavers aged 16-19 at Forest Court
• Later Living and Extra Care housing for over-55s and people with a disability, including scheme managers, appointment-based repairs and communal activities
• A Community Wellbeing Team and Income and Financial Resilience Team supporting tenants' health, money management and community involvement, plus a Positive Futures employment support and training programme

MSV's Young Persons Services have received the highest possible Ofsted rating, and its Community Wellbeing Team has won a national award, reflecting a wider focus on tenant wellbeing alongside its core landlord function.

Roles span Neighbourhood Officers and repairs/maintenance staff supporting general needs tenants, dedicated supported housing and young persons services staff, gas engineers and other trades, and customer-facing posts such as Customer Liaison Officers and Training Coordinators.
