Supported housing services

Alongside its wider mental health and social care work, Making Space runs dedicated Supported Housing services providing short and long-term, and emergency temporary, accommodation for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including services across Sefton, Knowsley, St Helens, Wigan, Blackburn & Darwen, Manchester South and Lancashire Central. Working at Making Space

Making Space employs around 1,000 staff, recruiting support workers, scheme managers and clinical and care staff across its services. The charity emphasises person-centred, recovery-focused practice, and Supported Housing roles sit alongside its wider mental health, learning disability and older people's care vacancies.
