• Housing support, including supported accommodation and hostel-based provision
• Recovery support for people affected by substance misuse and related complex needs
• Community support and wellbeing services

Where and who they support

Falcon operates hostel and supported accommodation across Leicestershire, including sites in Loughborough and Hinckley, supporting adults with complex needs such as substance misuse, mental ill health, domestic abuse and offending backgrounds.

Working there

Front-line roles include hostel night workers providing overnight waking cover and safeguarding, alongside hostel catering and cleaning staff supporting residents' day-to-day welfare. Falcon is a Living Wage employer offering an induction training package and flexible hours, and says it will train people who have the right values even without directly relevant experience.
