Concrete is the homelessness charity and support brand within Honeycomb Group, a Stoke-on-Trent based group of social-purpose organisations that also includes Staffs Housing (affordable homes), Revival (home support for older and vulnerable people) and Glow (domestic abuse services). Concrete describes itself as a local charity, support network and campaigner working to make homelessness history across Staffordshire and Cheshire East. Accommodation and support services

Concrete provides a mix of accommodation-based and community services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, tailored to particular groups and needs.

• Destination:Home, a long-running homelessness partnership in Stoke-on-Trent offering support, skills and a route into settled housing
• Supported homes for men, including Vivian Culvert House, a scheme for 14 local men that is fully adapted for people with disabilities
• Supported homes for women experiencing homelessness and complex needs such as domestic abuse
• Phoenix House, LGBTQ+ housing and support for people facing gender and sexuality struggles alongside homelessness, with a support and advice line
• A Young Person's Service with flats for 18 to 25 year olds who are care leavers, at risk of homelessness or unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, plus homes for under 21s

• Floating support and tenancy sustainment to help people keep their tenancies and move on to independence

Services are concentrated in Stoke-on-Trent and the wider Staffordshire area, with the group's corporate plan also covering Cheshire East and Derbyshire. Concrete works with rough sleepers, single homeless adults, young people leaving care, LGBTQ+ people, people with substance use issues, disabled men and women who have experienced homelessness or abuse, and tenants who are vulnerable or have complex needs.
