Bromford is one of the largest housing associations in England and now forms part of the Bromford Flagship LiveWest group, a place-based affordable housing provider serving more than 300,000 customers across the south west, central and east of England. Accommodation and support services

Bromford's core work is general-needs affordable rented housing, shared ownership and new-build development, backed by large in-house repairs, trades and property teams. Its customer-facing housing service is built around Neighbourhood Coaches, each responsible for a patch of roughly 200 homes, who help customers sustain tenancies, deal with anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns, manage lettings of empty homes and connect people to local services. The careers site also references supported and integrated living environments and housing enablers, although the current vacancy list is dominated by trades, property and corporate roles rather than dedicated homelessness services.
