Bridge House Mission Jobs

Bridge House Mission is a residential supported-accommodation project based in Stockton-on-Tees, providing a home and structured support for people experiencing homelessness in the Tees Valley.

The Mission offers house-based, communal living with shared living and dining space, a computer room, and an outdoor courtyard, alongside a programme of life-skills classes, cookery sessions and education support designed to help residents move towards independent living. Staff roles have historically included Move-On Support Worker positions, helping residents progress into settled, independent accommodation.
