Boston Borough Council is the local authority for the market town of Boston and the surrounding district in Lincolnshire. Its Housing Hub team delivers the council's statutory homelessness prevention and housing options functions, working as the first point of contact for residents facing homelessness or housing crisis.

The Housing Hub provides homelessness assessments, prevention and relief duties under the Homelessness Reduction Act, temporary accommodation placements, and housing options advice, and works in partnership with the wider South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP), a shared-services arrangement between Boston, East Lindsey and South Holland district councils.
