Bench Outreach (known internally as "Jessica's Heart") is a homelessness charity based in Deptford, south-east London, delivering Housing First and housing/benefits advocacy services across Lewisham and the surrounding boroughs.

The charity's core services are Housing and Benefit Advocacy for people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, a dedicated Housing First team providing intensive, unconditional support for people with the most complex needs, and a Housing First Partnership Initiative working alongside statutory and voluntary sector partners. A specialist Access Team of housing and welfare advocates provides the front door into these services.
