Amplius is a charitable housing association formed from the coming together of Longhurst Group and Grand Union Housing Group. It is registered in England as a community benefit society (no. 7853), registered with the Regulator of Social Housing (no. 5060) and is a member of the National Housing Federation. With more than 40,000 homes and a workforce of around 1,250 to 1,300 colleagues, it is one of the larger landlords across the Midlands, East and South East of England. Accommodation and support services

Alongside general-needs and affordable rented housing, shared ownership and new-build sales, Amplius runs a care and support arm and specialist housing. Current recruitment shows scheme-based supported accommodation where Community Support Workers act as key workers for people who need housing-related support, developing support plans and risk assessments, helping customers manage rent, utilities and repairs, and linking them with partner agencies. Other advertised roles reference Life24 (a telecare and lifeline style advice service) and scheme assistants working in supported schemes.

Customers include social housing tenants, shared owners and people in supported accommodation who need help to live independently, including those with experience of homelessness or mental health needs.
