All People All Places (APAP) is a small, registered charity (charity no. 1139885) founded in 2010 and working across Enfield and Haringey in north London. The organisation exists to support people who are homeless, rough sleeping, or vulnerably housed, alongside those experiencing associated challenges such as substance use, mental ill health, and social isolation.

APAP runs a day centre open three days a week offering respite, hot food, hygiene facilities, and a safe space for people sleeping rough, together with an advocacy and casework service that helps people navigate housing, benefits, and health systems. The charity also operates a small, year-round night shelter and works closely with local authority housing teams, street outreach services, and drug and alcohol partners across Enfield and Haringey.
